Becoming Independent realizes that creative expression is an integral part of the human experience. The ArtWorks programs fulfill this commitment to exploring and developing personal creativity by providing client artists with inspiration, instruction, encouragement, and opportunities for exhibitions and sales. Highly skilled staff carefully guide the often award-winning artists to realize their unique and intuitive potential in a variety of media which includes two and three dimenisional fine arts and crafts, photography, video, animation, performance, and literary arts. Through the years, artists involved with BI have participated in numerous shows and projects in collaboration with businesses and organizations including Winzler & Kelly Consulting Engineers, the Sonoma County Museum, the Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County, Benziger Family Winery, Buena Vista Winery, the City of Santa Rosa, and Canine Companions for Independent (CCI). |

 This piece “Hawaiian Vacation” by Stacie Kadin, an ArtWorks Artist, was recently featured at the “A” Street Gallery in Santa Rosa. This and other pieces in a variety of media can be viewed at the ArtWorks Gallery supported by the Thomas J. Long Foundation.
